Dr. Els and team provide support to persons from college to post graduate level, as they grow as a scholar-practitioners and balance competing demands. The team also provide accountability as you strive to achieve your goals.
Our services include research consulting and coaching for masters and doctoral theses; academic writing; research development (including assistance with balancing the demands of research and career); copy writing and editing, and leadership development.
Our vision is to create a community to overcome seclusion and empower you with the tools to succeed in academia as a scholar-practitioner.
We value relationship and approach all relationships from a place of profound listening that supports the whole person and provide structures to keep them on track. Coaching is available in person or via telephone or e-support. Therefore, no matter where in the world you are Dr. Els and team can assist you in reaching your goals.
CONVERSATIONS WITH DR. ELS
Conversations with Dr. Els is a weekly program via Facebook live every Tuesday at 11:30am Atlantic Standard time (AST) which deals with relationships and social issues from a faith-based perspective. The live interactive program attracts persons from Africa, Europe, North America, and the Caribbean.

Drip free marriage is a relationship-based ministry that empowers singles, engaged and married couples to grow in their relationship with God, their spouse and with other couples. We offer a wide variety of Christian retreats and conferences for couples of all ages. We have relationship conferences you can attend on your own or you can schedule a conference or retreat for your church.
FAITH-BASED TOURS
Dr. Els and Kingdom Lifestyle Management Consultancy provide Faith-based tours that shows you incredible places and enriches your spiritual life. We make planning your faith-based group tour simple & easy by handling even the smallest details so your group will have more time to explore, reflect and renew your faith. Our tours are handled by qualified, friendly directors, safe and courteous drivers, and knowledgeable local guides.
CONFERENCES
Dr. Els regularly speaks in local churches, conferences, retreats, just to mention a few, and welcomes that opportunity. He does not have a set fee, though he does ask the organizers to cover all expenses and consider offering an honorarium. Dr. Els works with you to make your event successful.
